History:	Based on Jules Verne's "A Voyage to the Moon and a Trip Around It". In the story, the astronauts are launched from Earth by a giant canon. "De la terre à la lune" is French for "from the Earth to the Moon". For the Space Mountain's 10th anniversary, it was renovated featuring a new story, new effects and a new soundtrack. The trains were redone in metallic silver. The overall Verne / Orwell theme in Discoveryland along with the Canon Columbiad Space Mountain building stayed the same.
