Note:	Since 1985 La Ronde has hosted "Le Mondial SAQ" (formerly "L'International Benson & Hedges") -- the most prestigious fireworks competition in the world.
History:	Started as the amusement section of the 1967 World's fair and owned by the city of Montréal until April of 2001 when Six Flags purchased the park.
