Facts

The trains on the Top Thrill Dragster changed a few times during the first season. Presumably to create a lighter train, the Top Thrill Dragster had four car trains when it opened. By mid season, the fifth cars were put into service making the trains five cars long as planned.

Originally the dragster theme included an engine, tires and a fin occupying the last row of each car. These were removed and seats were installed in their place.

The front car has always only seated two riders due to the nose shape, so there are 18 riders per train, not 20 as listed above.

Notes

Cedar Point announced through a statement that Top Thrill Dragster will be retired in its current form. The park is working on bringing a 'new and reimagined ride experience'. No further info was given.
The Top Thrill Dragster was heavily modified by Zamperla and categorized as a Lightning model. The hydraulic lunch was replaced by a LSM Launch (multi-pass) and the trains were replaced.
The model above being listed as "Accelerator Coasterr" is intentional. rcdb make/model logic is based on how the ride was originally built.
