Notes

This park entry only contains one of the roller coasters of Coney Island. Coney Island has always been made up of many amusement vendors. Then name Coney Island referrers to an area, not a single park. For example the classic Coney Island Cyclone is located at "Astroland" and the famous Wonder Wheel is located at "Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park". Currently these are the only two named parks, while the rest of the rides operate under the umbrella of the Coney Island name.
This entry represents and area just east of the former Thunderbolt location. Norman Kaufman moved here from an area just west of the Thunderbolt that was Steeplechase Park.
Kenny Kaufman is the 3rd generation in the family amusement business. Kenny operated the Schwarzkopf built "Jumbo Jet" roller coaster until 2002. A few Go Kart tracks, batting cages and a miniature golf course continued to operate at this location until Thor Equities purchased the land around 2006.
