History:	Splash Down Dunes operates on the former location of Enchanted Forest. Enchanted Forest closed on Labor Day 1991. The property was auctioned off in the spring of 1992. The land sat vacant until Splash Down Dunes started construction in the fall of 1993 and then opened in May of 1994 and closed after Labor Day weekend of 2009.
Owner / Operator:	At the time of the park closing in 2009, the park was owned by Paul Childress. Fred Pearson was a former partner and the two were involved in legal dispute the month prior to the park closing.
